is established as an Egyptian stock company. Evolving from a collaboration of state-of-the-art companies to a vibrant and eminent conglomerate in the Middle East. DKS Group today stands for trust, dynamism, growth and quality.


Headquartered in Cairo, Egypt; DKS Group diversified business operations has a global presence with skilled workforce belonging to various cultures. The conglomerate reflects dynamism in its multiple business sectors, while retaining the identity and values of a strong enterprise.


DKS Group’s commitment to provide innovative solutions in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Financial Services, Construction, Contracting, Trading, and Food and Beverage, sectors, has earned itself the reputation as the premium business group in Egypt. The company has also established a global presence with successful acquisitions and strong partnerships.

In 2022, DKS Group, was established and registered under registry no by an alliance of elite companies. The office is located in Cairo – a heart of investment and business in the Middle East.

The cause for founding the Company was a desire to increase the profits in several companies, increase their efficiency, to capitalize on the rapidly changing and evolving marketplaces and to invest in the significant opportunities arising regionally.

The objects for which the Company was established are:

to carry on the business of an investment holding company and for that purpose to acquire and to hold as an investment, immovable property, shares, stock, debentures, debentures stock, bands, notes and obligations;

to provide or assist in providing financial services – dealing in investments, managing investments, giving investment advice or establishing and operating collective investments’ schemes;

deal in matters relating to the purchase or in any other way acquisition, sale, exchange, swap, options or other dealing or transaction of any nature or description in respect of any currencies, commodities, exchange rates, interest rates, bonds, debentures, shares, equity;

to carry on all kinds of promotion business and in particular to form, constitute, float, lend money to assist and control any companies, associations;

to carry on the business as business consultants, market research consultants, business transfer agents, providers of technical aid and sales promotion assistance of all kinds.
